agencies or companies.
Any abuse of this service may result in criminal investigations
and may result in legal actions and/or criminal charges. Any person(s)
using any of our services for anything other than personal use,
will be grounds for immediate termination of this service and
is not eligible for refunds as allowed by the CA business and
prof codes. No one may reproduce, sell, transfer, or modify any
of the data presented by any of our companies for use of any such
data for commercial purpose, without the prior express written
permission.
Please send us your rental
"needs" so that we may keep them on file with your order,
and it may help us to find you a place faster.
(Please include area/or cities, price, number of bedrooms/baths,
pets, or others). We will be updating the listings, and there
will be more new ads listed during the week.
We don't cancel memberships after people have used the listings, however we do offer refunds (1/2 back) if they find a place on their own. If you find a place to rent outside of our listings, please e-mail us a.s.a.p. so that we may help you immediately. E-mail us for the proper refund request mailing address.
Please note that you have during the 3 months to apply for refunds and fax a copy of your credit card statement showing you were charged.
Most people find a place to rent within 1day to 2 weeks. No one generally needs a service for 2-3 months, except in a few situations. We have to provide a time frame of 2-3 months based on business section codes, for refunds. Therefore, if you find a place on your own, you are allowed a "time period" to provide evidence that you did not rent anything on our list.
If you find a place on your
own and not through the rentals listed by us,
you may obtain a refund simply by sending in requested items as
"proof or evidence."
If for any reason you have
not received a refund on your next credit card statement,
please e-mail the web site, so that we may make certain that you
were credited properly.

If you find a rental outside of our service anytime during your three month membership, and it was NOT through any of our rental listings or landlords, just e-mail for a refund form for and get 1/2 back!

If you locate a rental property on your own, and it was NOT through any of our rental listings or landlords, we will cheerfully refund the fees paid by you in excess of a $25.00 service charge as permitted by Business and profession codes.

request your refund. You may E-mail us for copy of our Refund
Form for any rental information requested (and copy of rental
lease)

may help you immediately. No Cancellations other than what is
offered on this web site. Any other considerations must be e-mailed
in writing for any considerations.
